Jill is the founder and CEO of Digital Karma. She has helped introduce design thinking and lean strategies to clients including Fox, Buick, Walgreens and Digitas. She is also an Interaction Design Association Advisory Board Member as well as a global Educator, Mentor, Consultant, and Public Speaker.
Jill will then join an experienced panel of Irish and international entrepreneurs who will discuss the latest “silicon valley” approaches to open innovation, design thinking and user experience research.

Lisandra Maioli’s career began in journalism at a time when working in digital media was considered crazy and UX hadn’t even been invented yet. Since then she has studied at UC Berkeley and UCLA, delivered design projects across three continents and continued to develop her passion for UX as a journalist, marketer and social media strategist. |
